Work Towards strengthening of socio-economic condition of deprived communities.
Bal Vikas Neev is a not-for-profit organization formed in 2004 to empower rural communities in Jharkhand's Garhwa and Palamau districts. Their vision is to create a self-reliant and fearless society, achieved through various missions, such as providing socio-economic security to women, ensuring children's right to education, and generating employment opportunities. They work extensively on health, education, environmental sustainability, and eradicating social abuses. By promoting literacy, supporting marginalized groups, and offering legal assistance, they have made significant strides in their journey towards a more inclusive and empowered society.

OUR VISION
The vision of Bal Vikas Neev is to create a society where individuals are self-reliant, possessing the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to take charge of their lives and livelihoods. They aim to empower people, particularly women and children, by providing them with the necessary tools, education, and resources to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.In this envisioned society, people are fearless, unafraid to challenge social norms, discrimination, and injustices.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to strengthen the capacity for self-help and empowerment among women and children. We are committed to providing opportunities for education, health, livelihood protection, and social securities to uplift and improve the lives of vulnerable communities. Through our dedicated efforts, we aim to create a more inclusive and equitable society where individuals have the tools and resources to lead empowered, healthy, and dignified lives.

Minority Education
Bal Vikas Neev believes in promoting inclusive education and empowering minority communities through its Minority Education Program. This program focuses on providing special preparation and support to students who are pursuing their education through the Madarsa Board system. By ensuring that these students receive the necessary academic guidance and resources, we aim to enhance their educational opportunities and overall success.
Domestic violence
We provided free legal support to the 300 women suffering from domestic violence, providing free legal supports and rehabilitation. Mediation between the families was one of the important works to rejoin the family for their happy life. We provide victim compensation to those girls who have faced rape. This program is running in 3 blocks of Garhwa district. We are providing training to the women suffering from domestic violence to strengthen them and protect other women.
